Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract (for rental contracts: from confirmation of the reservation).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (giant Computer Systems, Marc Breuer, Am Altengraben 23, 90768 Fürth, Germany; Phone: +49 (0) 911 976912-0; Email: info@retro-rento.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal conveniently via our online withdrawal form. We will confirm receipt of a withdrawal submitted this way without undue delay on a durable medium (e.g. by email).

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Special notice: Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

For rental contracts for goods to be delivered or provided at a specific date or within a specific period (e.g. pickup on a concrete wedding date), the right of withdrawal may be excluded pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB). In this case, we will expressly inform you before the rental contract is concluded. If in doubt, please contact us before concluding the contract.
